Seehaus Forelle Ramsen
Seehaus Forelle Ramsen

Located in Ramsen, the Eco-friendly Seehaus Forelle Restaurant Hotel is unassumingly set in peaceful, natural surroundings.

With trout breeding ponds within the grounds, beautiful greenery, a tranquil lake and the sweet sounds of nature, this is a perfect place to unwind and re-energise. The hotel incorporates two houses which have been restored and renovated in keeping with the history of the buildings, making it sustainable in terms of longevity.

The 'Forsthaus' which was once a foresters lodge, is the latest addition to the hotel and the 'Haeckenhaus' has been seemlessly extended and together they have won Architectural Awards.

The hotel interior has timeless appeal and a modern, simplistic design. Guest rooms differ in size and give different aspects; some rooms have views across the lake, some have roof terraces with views overlooking the lake and some even have a dock from which to moor your own boat after a trip around the lake.

All rooms are comfortable, relaxing and bright with vibrantly coloured curtains and accessories which give prominence and create a warm ambience.

The restaurant uses locally sourced produce from eco-friendly producers and fresh trout from their own resource.

The inviting menu offers a delicious choice of seasonal and organic dishes and the chef will try to cater for most requests. The staff throughout the hotel are welcoming and friendly and the service they provide is exceptional.
